Schimkat, Yeah..my ignorance, I didn't look at your city gizmo. You know where Anna Maria Island is ?? Nick & I ride a Yami GX-FX-PDQ 140. Let's do a west Coast Yami-Mommi lol That front shot looks like a fat gekko with ears.

This is just a cropped pic of the pic i posted earlier in this thread, but it shows the wake pylon mounted under the rear grap handle of the Doo. It pulls up to about twice as high as it is (in the down position) in that picture. It gives you more of a boat-like pull and gives the spotter something to hang on too.
This is an option for Sea*Doo's; I'm not sure if anything like this is available for Yamahas...

JTwakeskater56, Yeah I've been to Anna Maria once, that place is awesome.
I'm not sure what else you just said, so I'll just say yeah.

| BJR, Nice to see you know a little about watercraft. I also seen a post from someone saying they can not wait to see what BRP has coming out. They have some new stuff coming for 06 but no XP supercarge like you want, would be nice. They do have a new 4 stroke coming out that will be cheap and it will be the ultimate wakeskating tow vehicle without paying almost $11,000 for a wake, It will also have a place to mount a pylon on it. I wish I could tell you more but we have only done the press intro, after the Dealer meeting you will see all of BRP's new products. they have made changes and came out with 2 new products to bennifit wakeskating and wakeboarding. You will see. Also BJR thanks for promoting Riva on here, I raced for them for years and they know a thing or 2 about yamaha watercrafts. The guy who came up with all the stage kits for the Yamaha 1300 is considered one of the best watercraft mechanics in the world and has built ski's for more then 20 of us that have won national and world championships, they have sold more stage 1, 2 and 3 kits then anything elese they make there.

bjr, Where do you tie your rope to your GP1300R? Just off of the grab handle? I have a GP1200R with a Riva Stage 2 kit and would like to give it a shot. I'm worried about jerking the thing out from under my wife if I tie the rope too high but I also don't want the rope in the water. How stable is your GPR with two people on it and towing? I gotta agree these things are quick. Mine will pull 68-70 on a good day. I'll have to get some pictures of it next time.
Thanks,
Todd

R&D steering system
TAG chrome bars
UMI throttle and trim levers
Carbon fiber wind screen
etc.

I was going to write a funny response to that quote, but I forgot what it was.

Sweet, I'll give it a shot next time out. I'll bet the driver can put a mean whip on the rider at will with that much power on tap. : )
