Just got in from a sick run. My dad took me out behind the ski. We couldn't find anywhere calm since there was a semi-powerful Northbound wind and all our good spots usually hide us from East or Southbound winds and it looked as if it was about to rain. Sad

We finally found this little shoreline perfectly protected from the wind. Smile

I began with a sitting rock start into 6 inches of water with huge rocks on the bottom. I let the perfect butter conditions into my system and did a few lil slayshes n such. Some fs 180s, lipslide bs 270 out, fs 270 to switch backlip, the usual to my everyday run. (even though I don't ride everyday)
Then I started doing shuvs like crazy, like perfect landings. I started doing shuvs to lip (basic trick for me now) and was trying to stay in the lipslide so I could 270 shuv out b/c i can do both but not in 1 lil combo type deal. After about 8 tries with no falls (litteraly) I got it, they are so much fun. The sun finally peaked out at the end of my run Cool . Such fun this sport of wakeskating.

Thanks for reading my story Laughing

man shuv to lip is sooooo easy you're only spinning like a 90 degree shuv, so the hard part is staying on the lipslide.

he is saying that he was having trouble with the bs shuvit to the lipslide and staying balanced on the wake long enough to through the 270 bs shuv in the same combo. he tried 8 times and got the shuv to lipslide in but finally stayed on the wake long enough to complete the combo trick thingy

last time i tried a bs shuv to lip, i completely missed the board with my feet, but some how managed to slap the left side of my face against my skate.......but i have foam tape so no serious cuts or anything. but now i can't chew meat or anything tough.... Mad ..........oh well.

E-VILLWAKE, congrats on the set man. i love runs like that. it makes my day feel complete when i finish one of those.
