Board starting to warp ~ New pictures

I got a Hyperlite Scape 107 about a month ago and I ride it everyday. It's my first board and I know it's not like a really nice board or anything but after about a week of riding it started warping at the bottom. It gets water in there and is cracking the paint. Does anyone know anything that I can do to fix this? Here are some pictures they're not that great but I think they will show enough.

Well here is a few more pictures of what happend after another day of riding. I've been trying to call Hyperlite all morning but I keep getting put on hold forever. All the paint peeled off the part that was warped.

wow, that's blatantly just a manufacturing defect. Try and contact Hyperlite.

I finally got through to Hyperlite and they told me that I have to go back to the dealer that I bought it from. The problem is my mom bought this board and some little store out of town cuz she knew I was going to buy it and it's not like a board shop or anything its jsut a general store so i don't think that they would help me out at all and I dont really have enough money to buy a new board right now.

Just go to your local shop and if their cool, than they should do it for you anyways. worst case scenario, tell them that you will pay for the deck to get shipped back.
