| So i just recently bought a hyperlite scape and i am now regretting it. I'm new to wakeskating so i just wanted to try it out and not spend to much money. I ended up loving it but the stupid grip started comin off the board right upon the first time i used it. After about 4 trips to the lake the grip was almost completly off but the warranty was still good so i sent it to Hyperlite customer service, bad idea... my board has been sitting in their wearhouse i swear for at least 2 weeks and everytime i talk to them they say it hasn't been checked in. I know that they are probably really busy during the summertime, but its kinda ridiculous, i go back to school in like 2 weeks so i'm not going to to be able to ride for a looooong time. I just wanted to know if anybody else has had the same problems with bad customer service from hyperlite?? |
