Are fins a thing of the past due to board design or are they smaller than the old style one's (LF Flat Deck). |

Not true, a lot of riders still use fins depending on the water conditions, or personal preference, I ride finless |

I custom made my Cassette fins to my Bi-level, making them half the size (~0.3) Works perfect for everything. Tried to ride finless but it sucks when hitting double-up's.... _________________ _____________________________

Most of the pros ride with a fin (or two) in the vids I've seen. The only guy I haven't seen using fins lately is Thomas. I ride with fins, finless just doesn't feel right. |

i like fins for two reasons...
1) it forces you to pop everytime.
2) it makes landing w2w's easier.
Just my opinion of course. |

that shouldn't have any affect on your reasoning for doing it. |

yeah im a fin kinda guy because i ride my flat k-39 lunch tray (i love it though), but what i see is that if u got an integrity or a composite board that have chanells and shizzle its supposed to stabalize you better therefor not HAVING to use fins or give you more balance |
