Whats up fellow wakeskaters, just recently entered the scene after a few years of wakeaboarding w/ my buddy and his Air Nautique. I left because I no longer hang out with him and our boat is in no way fit to progress in the sport of wakeboarding.

I am catching on to wakeskating really quick, probably because of the 7 years of skating I have under my belt. I'm getting really good balance and better and better ollie height each time I go out so I guess it's progress.

My current setup is a two-year-old Thomas Horrell(sp) 41 FLAT Cassette deck and old Es' Schemes : P I am looking to upgrade to a concave or and armada, that is unless someone can shed some light on something I might not know about.

Also is what do you guys ride (wood, composite, LF, Hyper., Etc...)

every one is gna kick and scream about integrity, they are great odnt get me wrong but there are some others. omen is one i would seriously think about, the lf impulse is a great one and of course integrity. if u do alot of wake to wake the molded fins on the armada will definatly let u get the best of both worlds. but change to grip tape on the armada, it way better.

btw the thomas wasnt a flat deck, u prob have just a 41 flat.

headhunter, he might have one of the linear perspective graphics, which did feature riders like cole, thomas, tim, and maybe drew. They're really cool, actually. At first I was like, what? but then I noticed the rider on the inside of that thing...i'm sorry, I don't even know what that piece of equipment is.

anyway, yeah, it's very possible he has a flat featuring thomas.

Yeah it's one of the Linear Perspective Graphics w the video real on the bottom and then a screen w/ a guy wakeskating. It's yellow btw and yes a 41.

I definately wanna stay with grip tape, I don't like foam.

Yeah, I'll be sticking around. I've only ridden LF and really don't have preferance at this point due to only riding one deck. Where should I start looking?

Nick, the sequence is of Drew McGuckin doing a wake to wake body varial. That avatar is one of my favorite ads...it's crisp and I feel like the image arrangement makes things sort of jump out at you. Simply put, it's classic.

LSEGHATCH, there are a few posts w/ ebay links to decks you might be interested in... particularly the 484 i'm too new to give advice other than places you might find a deal on a deck
