we pulled the foam off with the aide of a blowdryer, then we stuck grip down, made it a much more responsiveboard, and it was easier to pop IMO

Can someone show me some pics of their regripped 05 Byerly and how you did it as far as rounding and cutting the edges straight, just like a skate board with file or screwdriver or other.
Thanks
rance

I just regripped my byerly. Its the first thing I've ever grip taped on my own. It came out much better then I expected. I Went over the edges with a screwdriver side then razorbladed down the center of the white line.

I just ordered my K39 but has anyone ridden Kampus's "Rubberized Grip"? i have been thinking about trying some of that stuff out, it "has the griptape feel but without the abrasion." sounds like a good idea to me. Please comment.
Also, has anyone tried the kicktail add ons?

The Kampus rubberized grip sucks. Period. It's almost less grippy than foam... No es bueno

Is that one whole piece of grip or is it two sheets?

rance, looks like 5 sheets of regular skate grip. And yes, use Jessup, it's by far the best...
littleblightie, You first pass a screwdriver on the edges to mark them and soften where you are going to cut the excess
