you wont notice anything except there will be harder landing surface. go jump on carpet, then on wood and you can expect the board to have the same difference |

Rails are the edges along side of the board...
And one thing about switching from foam to grip is that you can now get some gnarly grip burns to show off to the ladies |

NoPidy, rails are the sides... like the edges...
lakeannarider230, you will feel more like your on the board instead of on an inch of foam lol, and u will like it ALOT more. i know people say foam has more grip, but whatever, i still love the feel of grip... and u can move around without it speeching lol. trust me youll love it and never go back. |

NoPidy, if you say so......
yeah it will feel better. it may not be as grippy as some foams, but its still really grippy. and truthfully imo to much grippyness keeps you from reacting quick, moving feet around for tricks and such.... its better. |

The foam soaks up your skills, you gotta watch that, go grip or go home. _________________ dbanana wrote:

i rode my board with grip for the first time today and it is so much better than when it had foam. it allows me to move my feet to correct myself when im landing from a shuvit. i love it. the grip is also lighter feeling. everyone should swith to grip tape |

I ride foam and for the first time in like a year I rode grip. I honestly did not feel a big difference. Riding grip instead of foam will not make you a better rider so don't sweat it. Look what George Daniels does on foam! _________________ all i want to do is go wakeskating with out a full wetsuit, i hope the water warms up soon. |

grip is about a thousand times better than foam. Look what just about every other rider does on grip. |
