Being that it's the first of October only means that issue 2.3 of the Standerd Quarterly has officially been released to the public!
Nike 6.0's latest Raging Pull looks like it will rage even harder than the first! It's scheduled for October 11 at Steele Lafferty's house in Lake Placid, Florida.
Take a trip back in time...roughly two weeks ago, and see what Devotid wakeskates had on display for their first visit to the Surf Expo in Orlando.
For the final stop of the Byerly Toe Jam, Reed Hansen swept all three main events: the rail park, boat and cable finals. Reed is only the second wakeskater to ever sweep a Toe Jam event. And to top that off, Reed earned the 2008 Byerly Toe Jam title.
Reed Hansen qualified for another final on the second day of the Byerly Toe Jam Presented by O'Neill. The final four was loaded, but ultimately Hansen met up with Stu Shinn in the final round, with the results being announced at Saturday's award ceremony at OWC.
The rail final took place today at The Projects, capping off day one of the Byerly Toe Jam presented by O'Neill. The winner of today's event will not be announced until Saturday's award ceremony at OWC.
Raging Pull part two is scheduled to take place in Steel Lafferty's backyard on October 11!
The final stop of the Byerly Toe Jam is right around the corner. Registration and a required rider's meeting will take place at the Projects on Wednesday, with the riding taking place September 18-20.
UGP has developed another product for the water warriors: a line of both coast guard and non-coast guard approved vests. Of course, they've also got wakeskate shoes, boardshorts, and plenty of soft goods to check out, too.
Integrity wakeskates showed up at the 2009 Surf Expo with a booth full of goods, including a wakeskate line that will span the price points, and a fresh looking soft goods line. Integrity's sister line, Mutiny, also made its debut.
