June 28th-
Day One of Battle Falls, Stop #3 of The Wakeskate Tour in Groveland, Florida went off with a bang. The Supra boat event had one of the biggest wakes we've ever seen in a wakeskate contest, seeing some huge moves to go along with it. Dieter Humpsch came super close to riding away from one of the biggest kickflips wake-to-wake ever done. Results will be announced tomorrow, but everyone watching knows it was close.

Kyle Walton: front lip, front shuv
Adding a new aspect to the gap event, Reed Hansen and his crew have built the first ever up-gap/water chute for his stop of the Tour. Veteran pros & newcomers alike are stoking and the tricks are getting better every round. The women's final saw some increasing skill as multiple girls were hitting the rails, doing shuvs up the chute, and consistently dropping the five-foot gap. 25 guys showed up to snag 9 spots today to move into the main event with many new up&comers and some long-time heroes such as Scott Byerly, Aaron Reed, and Kyle Walton. Moving through today into the Battle Falls Main Event are Dieter Humpsch, Russell Brightwell, Kyle Walton, James Balzer, Ty Morlang, TJ Giesey, Reed Watson, Grant Roberts, and Aaron Reed. Tomorrow's Main Event is sure to be packed with amazing riding and a real Battle for the overall points race and the ten-thousand dollars.

Grant Roberts: back bigs
