Alright, I rode my new NT 39.75" today, and it was nothing but amazing. It was kinda sketchy at first from my Cassette but I got adjusted after my first pass. The pop this thing has is unreal, my friends said I popped some i/o ollies chest height. I don' think I've been more consistent on my shuvit and lip tricks, the weight was perfect. Three shuvs were clean and popped according to my bro and they rotated so perfect. My friends ollies went from pretty much nothing to around a foot too. I tried a few kickflips too and I 've never been closer to landing one. I didn't think the center weighting was gonna do anything but it flipped so clean. This board looks like it was made especially for flip tricks. The only problem I had was the rails, even with the already rounded rails it felt kinda sharp, but I'm fixing that when my dad gets home with a sanding block. Anyone wondering whether or not to get this board should think again, this board will NOT disappoint.

RedXIII, I just rounded mine, 60 grit to 120 grit then a quick pass with 240 grit, it came out pretty good.

pipo, That's true it is part mental but it still is signifigantly better than my Cassette. My friend's ollies improved a lot from my Cassette to the Integ, he used to do little tail pop ollies but today he was getting some height and leveling off a bit.

Click for rail shaping instructions.

Also search, I think I remember maybe Vance posting something about that.

It's pretty basic though, just shape the rail with some sand paper until you get it how you want it. You can even reshape it 2-3 times in it's life, so don't worry if you don't get it perfect the first time.

DRAGON88, It's still scary to hit a brand new board with sand paper.

Jama, I understand what you're saying. It can be a bit un-nerving, have you ridden your deck yet? Maybe you'll like how it's set up from the factory.

That said, you'd have to try pretty hard scew up the rails... You'd have to sand the rails over 1/2 inch to do any serious damage. (Get to the foam core.) For rounding them you don't really need to take much off anyways.

Yah I like it pretty well how it's set up, so I'll keep it for awhile. So you can't avoid sanding the top and bottom graphic sheet, you just don't want to hit the inner core?
will i notice a difference from this and the tolstoy?
My friends who watched me ride both the 04 and my new 06 tnt say that I'm popping a lot higher on ollies and shuvs. The 06 is way stiffer, and the added weight is a huge advantage in my opinion. I've rode the 05 lemons and it was a big upgrade from the 04 boards. So, yes, its a huge advancement from the 04 decks.

It shouldn't really damage the top sheet nor the bottom sheet, if you look at the pictures, all you're doing is just slightly rounding the bottom corner of the rail. not really. I mean when you're rounding the edges, we're talking about 1/16ths of an inch.

I can't it really see it damaging the bottom graphic either. Especially if you wet sand the area after your done to clean it up with some soapy water and 1200 grit sandpaper.
