Help BS Bigs

ok i get the shuv then wen i try to rotate for the bs 180 i always fall on my back and i only get half of the rotation... what am i doin wrong?

try it like a 360 shuv it with a bs bv. i try to think of it like that but the throw is all one motion.

Yes> Throw that joker out in front of you further and spin the bs 180 a bit bigger and fuller and catch the shuv at it's peak. good luck

you can cheat a little by starting out with your back a little bit facing the boat

o.k., i've been working on these. now, i thought you spun a three shuv, then bs 180 after you cought it. i slow mo'ed people doin them, and it is a bs 180 shuv, cought, then bs 180. correct?
i was spinning a 3shuv, catching it, and then bs 180ing. wtf is that then??????

I think the trick is to really throw the board in front of you, I always go over the nose or on my back when I do them Sad

haha but that way you can get really good at them... for me i love to do i/o 180's and i havent bailed and i doubt i will b/c i do them too much and i just know what to do... i onyl wish i coudl do those with my shuvs and then 3 shuvs... Confused

ok i have landed like 4-5 bs bigs i still cant get them consistent most of the wen i land switch i fall forward over the nose of the board what am i doin wrong?
