I have a 7yr old son who watches wake DVD’s instead of cartoons. His currant top 5list is:
1) Counterfeit
2) Such is Live
3) Butter Effect
4) PrePop
5) Sfumato, Welcome, Relentless, etc…
The kid is off the hook and ate up with it… At the shop I have the new Volume Wakeskate Videos, Issue #1 & #2, and need to know if the music is OK for little ears? Some of the songs in Counterfeit was stretch for me, but even let the Byerly song slide because he is more into his riding. Also wondering if there is a lot of bad language in and hand gestures?

| just watched volume two with my five year old daughter. she was just as stoked as me. theres even a part where somebody tries to get their little one started off a swim plat form. definitely fam friendly. |

| vance, it's such a rad video. i only own asterisk, wich is a few years old, then this volume two shows up today, and i was blown away. the riding is unbelieveable. |

Usually the music and stuff is pretty clean...same with the dialog.
You should start showing him some of the older films though, show him the roots of wakeboarding/wakeskating...12 Honkeys, Hit it! and such...check out Sidewayz.com for lots of cool vids. Also let him watch Retrospect, as it covers a lot of wakeboarding and wakeskatings evolution.
I was watching Boombox today and realised how funny Parks/Nicks chaseboat driving conversation is throughout the whole movie.
