A really good training tool....

i don't know if any of you guys do anything to stay in shape cardio or workout.. and i have to admit.. i always thought yoga was gay as hell but this is far from it. you have some serious pro surfers rochelle ballard Very Happy

and taylor knox.. some good surfing footage and a REALLY hard workout.. w/ a section on balance.. it is really good... i highly recommend it

I don't think there is anyway i could even ALMOST do the 3rd DVD very advanced check out the trailer (some good footage too) Garrett McNamara

warlock i've always thought about doing that heat yoga cause my mom does it but I was always not to sure about it.

Most if not all of my big wave surfers friends do some sort of yoga excercise, so it has to be good ^^ Always wanted to get into it but just couldn't go to some class filled with weird 40yr old hippie women... This DvD looks like the best option lol

first... damn hommie.. you know garret?? second.. which one did you buy?? YFS 2 or 3? i honestly have a tough time w/ a few of end "poses" in the fluid power section.. i can't imagine how hard YSF 3 is... especially when she said "this is and advance video" she was not kidding Laughing

btw, where was teh stuff filmed in tahiti??? isn't some of that footage teahupoo?

i've heard about that hot yoga.. you drink like 2 liters of water in a session or something.. they have one of those classes somewhere here... it's not easy from what i've heard.. and you can't drink until the instructor tells you to Shocked

warlock, yeah saw the guy a couple times at Teahupoo and some of my good friends ride with him alot in Hawaii. So I got to talk to him hehe, not really saying we are close friends either lol But when they are down in tahiti when it's huge I usually get to hang with these guys... btw Laird is a BEAST... big ass arms lol, bigger than my frikin legs actually Smash

I guess some of those spots could be teahupoo... One of the waves in the trailer you linked to relly looks like it, the lip looks a lil thin for teahupoo tho.. if it's 6 ft thick, then it's teahupoo Crazy Eyes

YSF 2 is not beginner, but not advanced either.. sort of intermediate.. if you want a good dvd for that, start w/ a.m. p.m yoga by gaiam (www.gaiam.com) it is a nice simple stretching in the morning... the evening is a bit harder but neither one are more than 15-20 where as the YSF is 45 min easy.. maybe more..

you can still just build up to the one you have.. she tells you how to add on, and rest etc.. you will be happy w/ your purchase.

i had some back trouble and wanted to avoid surgery and was told bout it.. otherwise i would never have given it a second look... and i'm the very unflexable type too..

I hope to film some in the next month! I'll also try to film some towin sessions but it's a bit more complicated cause we need a boat just for filming lol... And it's usualy hell out there when we go towing in and the dude driving the boat needs to know his shizzle lol or else Smash
