My brother called me today to go out. I saw some ice on the way to the boat. I told him it is freezing out so bring your warmest gear. The ride across the bay I had my ski mask and goggles on. We approached the creek, and it looked so glassy Shocked

Then crrrrcrcrcrrcrcraaaaaacckkkk, we were cutting ice. I was shocked to see the whole creek was iced over. No problem, we went to another creek and got about 20-30 minutes in before you couldn't feel your hands under 5mm gloves.

I got to ride through some ice and it was nice. Wink

Ice has drag so I didn't get to thro a big shuv and break the ice like I had imagined. I was able to infringe upon a solid barrier and wakeskate though and that was cool.

my favorite lake in BC ices over in the winter... this rail that im hitting gets ripped right out of the ground because of the ice...

that is unbelievable .... i went about 2 weeks ago except i had nothing on my feet and hands so i couldnt tolerate it so i just wakesurfed (ihad a drysuit on) i have 1 crazy ass friend who went w.out anything cept a wetsuit shirt... raven ur a pimp

Raven invited me down to ride a couple times recently, I was thinking he probably thinks I'm a beach for not wanting to ride in cold weather. Thanks everyone for telling this guy he is borderline crazy.. Laughing

Thanks for all the props fellas. I'll be getting my videos together soon. Next time I ride the ice I will hopefully get it on film, if I can get someone with enough balls to film on a cold day.
