Some of you may remember from awhile ago that i had purchased a bi-level 41 only to have it go to shizzle within a ride or two. I kept emailing Thomas for a good 4 months and never got a straigh answer on wether i would get a replacement. Anyways i finaly sent him footage of the board, showing the cracking, water soakage, ect. and he agreed to send me a new board if i got him proof of purchase. I had the store owner of where i bought it (Bellingham Board Sports) phone Thomas and let him know that I indeed did buy it from their. Anyways Thomas then said he would send one to me, i gave him the adress ect. and it was never sent. I first started asking about warantee before june (i think may) and it is now decemember and i still have no new board, just my old watterlogged lf and half ownership of a toltsoy. Basically im still out 300 bucks, and if cassette is indeed done am i completely screwed out of 300 bucks? What should i do about this so i dont get completely screwed over here?

they usualy have a return policey for this kind of thing,
id find out what this is and probably send the cracked deck back weith the proof of purchase and papers for the return of a new board, i doubt cassette would screw u out of 300 dollars, if it was ever a real company it woudlt do some thing like that but with out any return policy its possible Neutral

i understand this happens but basically this piece of shizzle cost me 150 bucks per ride, and alot of being lead astray, frankly if cassette doesnt deal with it im fiznackling glad they're done, companys like that dont belong here....

haha good call... companies have to deal with that kind of shiit, there the only company that ive heard of doing stuff like that. I actually got to read some of the emails sent to Catalyst saying that he didnt beleive him and stuff. i still respect thomas for what he has done for wakeskating but he really is a shiithead to his customers.
