i just got hooked up with LF today for wakeboarding/skating! im so happy. im not to good but i still got on LF Very Happy

im not doin protour lol im doin just local comps. and im on the B team its like u pay like only 200$ canadian for like a Subjekt wakeboard but really u should pay 650$ stuff like that

tribal, i did lol at the Van. boatshow Kristy told me to stay with my comitement to HO to work for them at the boatshow. lol and the cassette is all painted and i got some stickers so now its a LF skate lol

Yeah, basically you just get stuff for cost, but that's cool in itself if you don't work for a shop or something.

how the hell do u get sponsored for doing 180s and wake to wakes ive been doing that since i was like 10 and havent gotten any recognition. this just makes no sense. If its true im jelouse as shizzle. Especially if all u did was give her a resumee. What the hell man dam. I want cheep stuff. Im like pissed, angry, confused and wanting to know more all at once. this is just baffeling. Bang Head

good job though i think thats sweet i guess ill just have to whip up a wakeskate video and try my luck to though. Sorry i sound all like mad and stuff but its just kinda odd like ive never seen someone get sponsored for that even though i know its how u represent the sport not just how well u ride. anyways yeah good job, but dam haha im so baffled.

What the hell! Why are you guys all stressing about wanting to be sponsored? You sound like a bunch of grommits on the prowl! Take it easy, competitions suck ass. Hook up a bunch of mates, buy a cammera and some editing software and take it from there. People are more likely to watch a video that they can see again and again, or in slow-mo, than they are to read a magazine article about a competition. If you wanna get out there, put in the work, and show off your ass. If you feel you have to prove yourself as a rider by entering gay local comp's, then you really need to remember that it's a bit of fun, not a competitive sport.

All the kids today seem to care about is being sponsored.I think it's a way to say "hey,look at me I'm hot I'm sponsored".Being sponsored isn't all it's cracked up to be.You sell your soul and lose a little bit of freedom every time you're sponsored.I can say I have a little bit of experience with this I have worked in the professional ski(snow) and snowboard world most of my life.And yes I am sponsored skiing but no salary just free gear so I try not to answer to anybody.And I would never ride on gear I didn't like(respect) just because it was free.

lol Nick try it there are like two other ppl in vancouver im tryin to help. lol Synergy, u no wat if u dont belive me i could care less hahaahhahtribal, im not tryin to say that cuz im not hot all i want ppl to now is that u could get sponsored without being good
