First try I landed on one half flipped (if you don't count the one where I was afraid to flick my foot off and just did an ugly ollie; give me a break, though, the coldness was making my muscles rigid).

I learned it on a wakeboard first, then I learned it in a surfboard, but I still haven't done it on a wakeskate yet. The time shall come, however.

You guys are funny. I'll have you know that I was also the first guy to land a kickflip on a snowboard (with bindings) back in the early days of the sport, like '83 or so I think; (that was even before Rodney Mullen invented the ollie kickflip on a skateboard; he actually stole my trick.) The surfboard and wakeboard kickflips came later, simply as an afterthought.

If I told you I was kidding, it would distract from the mystery of my great accomplishments. If Tony Hawk were to say, "Hey, you know that first time I did a 900, well um, I was just kidding!" would people still admire and respect him?? I think not!!
