|
|
| Hey I'm getting ready to buy my own board and don't know which style to get. I've ridden the new hyperlite models like Byerly's and also the cassette models but don't know which one to get. I thought maybe the hyperlite ones would be better since byerly and grubb design them but thought I would ask around before buying. thanks |

i ride a hyperlite and really like there boards they ride amazing and also teh quality is great the last for such a long time mine lasted for a year and three months with hitting rails everyday ever two minutes The Cassete boards are also good im not a big fan of tehm because of the shapes and also there wood they will not last you as long as teh Hyperlite boards expiaclly teh Bi-level which breaks really fast but which board you get really depends on if you want composite or woodand also the way it rides its something you really gotta figure it out for youself _________________ You only live life once so live it to the fullest

| If you want something like a hyperlite get an integrity you will be much happier with the board and will be supporting a great company. |

not to bash anybody, but if your asking what style board to get, integrity may not be the best choice considering price even though i couldn't live without mine. i would def get a cassette or kampus just because they show more of what wakeskating is in my opinion and i doubt he is going to be hitting rails this early in the game. but if you are willing to spend 280 the integ is the best board by far

| If u think hyperlites are good, cuz grubb and byerly design them, then u should look deeper into cassette, horrel is extremly inovative in his design, and also look at integ, Schmatlz also designs his own boards. and they will out last most boards. |

it doesnt really matter what company or who desighned the board jsut becuase a pro desighned and uses it doesnt mean its good for your own needs they might have a different style then you the main point is you ride a board you like and dont jsut ride it becuase of the company or who desighned it _________________ You only live life once so live it to the fullest

| It's not just that I want a board that a pro rides I just wanted to make sure that I buy something worth buying and don't blow money on something that isn't very good. I never see the newer hyperlite ones in videos since they're pretty new so I was just wondering if those boards are like a huge step forward in wakeskating or just another model out there. I really like the way the hyperlite one rides but I'm trying to landing a shove it and am coming closer on a cassette board. I still don't know yet I'd like to try out a couple more boards and get a few more opinions on what other people ride. |

MLwakeskate, Best advice i can give you would be if you want a new board right now buy a Integrity if you like the way the Hype rides... OR you can wait for my decks to come out if you are looking for a wood deck. My decks as well as Integrity's decks are in the higher price range but you will be getting what you pay for in materials and quality of construction quality hands down and not just a brand name or the impression that a pro rider designed the deck makes it better, in all honesty you would be kidding yourself if you believed that.
Im not going to get into the whole support Rider Owned Companies discussion, it really comes down to two things and thats quality, and what works best for you as a individual. Integrity and Myself both design all of our decks and they are built by hand out of the best materials possible. Other than that little tid bit go out and ride all the decks you can and see what works best for you, dont go out and buy something just because such and such rides it or makes you believe it is superior because of the brand. If you are looking for something less expensive check out Kampus.
And yes LF and Hype both offer great warranties, but who the hell wants to wait to have a deck warranted when it fails? Integrity and i both offer warranties on our decks but dont really need one for the sheer fact of the way they are constructed, When you pay for quality you get it. _________________ arson-wake.com |

LFfool246, Pics should be released within the next few weeks, both decks will be 41's but they ride much smaller... they definitely do not feel like a 41 at all. _________________ arson-wake.com |
