ugh no they arent, at the beach youd defintely just slam your head into the shore, and behind a boat if u went off a wake and came down head first youd like snap your head back into that thing....ugh painful.

wow, if i some1 on my river riding... or wearing that contraption, i would deffnitly laugh my ass off and through stuff at them.... god that is the stupidsest thing ive ever seen, but that water loks awfully nice and clear and blue... awhhh i wanna ride it!!
