internet explorer help

yesterday i had a power outtage in my neighborhood and my comp has been acting funny. more specificly Internet Explorer. every time i try to clickl on a link or open up a new browser window it just freezes.

any suggestions?

What version of Windows are you running? If you are running XP, maybe try and do a system restore to a restore point before the outage. The power outage could have corrupted some files. If that doesn't work, maybe try running scan disk.

If neither of these simple fixes solve your problem, then we'll have to dig deeper.
