just upload the video in your gallery on that site like you would for a pic. Thing is they can't be over 10Mo

I finally fixed that up the other day, but I wouldn't recommend uploading anything over 10MB or it will take forever.

To upload your video, use the media center:

http://www.wakeskating.com/media/index.php

Click the "upload photos" link and just browse to your video. It is pretty simple.
