Mute Swans

Has anyone else had a problem with Mute Swans attacking the ski or rider? We try and keep our distance but the local swan flies a good distance to intimidate and occasionally attack the driver on the ski or the rider in the water.

HAHA. Yes I'm packing but I don't want to hurt the guy... If you're interested in the local we call Brutus on Farcebook "like" Brutus the LATX Swan. All of his exploits will be documented...

Just some background on this. It appears that he thinks the Sea-Doo is another male mute swan because of the side profile of the ski. I'm thinking of packing some mace to see if that deters him from attacking the ski (and rider). As I said before we keep our distance but he maintains a fairly large territory making it difficult to ride in that area without getting ambushed...
