Lollar, this video pretty much sums up why I ride! Man I miss Cassette and what they brought to the table... Does anyone know why Thomas seems to have quit? Is it from all the shizzle that went down with Cassete and the bi-levels? Esnow probably could write a wiki on it (if she hasn't akready Idea )

I remember when I heard Arron got sponsored by LF and I just didn't want to believe it. I mean, I knew it was the end of Cassette. I almost thought something crazy was going down when I heard about Nick going to Remote. Of course it seems that integ is just fine.

Random thought. I think my favorite part of older videos is that that there was a lot less slow-mo rewind and repeat crap going on. I LOVE seeing tricks is slow motion, high-def... but I still like the real speed of things. I skateboard fast, wakeskating is fast, and quite frankly it should stay that way! Like I said, RANDOM THOUGHT> PS, I in no way mean that as any type of insult to any videos released or made by peeps on this sight that are heavy in super slow shots...

it was very hard to see that team and brand come apart. not even being in the middle, i still felt sick to my stomach (which I'm sure seems silly to a lot of people)...I cared a lot about cassette, thomas and everything he did with it.

I wouldn't ever speak for thomas, but maybe just find comfort in what he said in the standerd--something like "wakeskating and wakeskating alone is why I got into the industry. when cassette started having problems, it really took the fun out of it..."

I love that you found this video lollar. it's great. And yes, some of the footage is in pull, some of it is in NARLA. But there's definitely some good stuff that wasn't anywhere, or if nothing else, you get a fresh angle on a trick you've seen elsewhere.
