I finally decided to go see Fahrenheit 9/11 this weekend. Did any of you see it and if so, what did you think?

i havent seen it but i thnk it sound so one sided it ridiculous and if thats tru i wouldnt want to see it even if i hated busch or not

i loved farenheit 9/11.most of the information i had already known, though. but kudo's to michael moore for putting that out there, that took guts, conviction, and true purpose if you asked me. and i hope it gets heard and taken seriously, and people believe it.

Granted Moore does twist them to fit is own agenda, but it is still the dirty truth

worst movie ever....i wanted to go see it so people couldnt tell me that i didnt see it....anyways its all liberal propoganda crap and it got pretty freakin ridiculous at times....it was funny sometimes though, like with the 1800 # stuff

I saw bowling for columbine, Moore is so pompous and one sided, I would never go see one of his extreme left wing rhetoric pieces again; I think it's bs, because if someone that obviously bias towards conservatism made a movie nobody would give it the time of day, but society has become so liberalistic, it bothers me, we need to start a political party that is niether liberal or conservative, well be the realistic party

President Bush our fearless leader, with a guy like that in office I think I am going to run for President when I am 35. Hell I couldn't do any worse than him and 42% of America is still going to vote for him. I might get 50% and I'll not let over 900 young men die for a false cause.

I am nauseated by the attitude of if you question your government then you hate America. The Guy making " Micheal Moore Hates America" is the silliest thing I have ever seen,.

I am hogging this form and need to stop, I will leave off tonight with a whopper for all the Hannity/Rush sheep, I mean fans, fans .....sorry I get confused sometimes. I personally don't like Micheal Moore but he is ten times the patriot President Bush is because he uses his free speech to call attention to a obvious flaw in our government insted of continuing to lie and lie . kento911, here is a retord per your request. Look at Kerry Gun Contol Palatform, it is less restrictive than Bush's preposted plan. Kerry's stance is the exact same as mine.

1. Close the gun shop loophole nationwide for instant and un tracked purchaces of handguns, by inposind the same wanting period.

2. Fully automatic ban, I know alot of people look at this as a "slippery slope" but I feel it is nessicery and no one needs a fully auto for sport, hunting, home defence, etc.

Mixheal Moore is a man, not a political party. He is an unafilliated citizen who is expressing is views. Don't fault the Democrats because the Republican lead government has lead to this movie , world outcry, poor economy, record deficit, Vietem the sequel, and Hallaburton bilking $$$ trough conctracts.

Todd, as always an enlightend retort, how ever one of your facts doesn't jive with mine, the instant check system is far from untracked,(my family lives in AZ I've had personal dealings with it) and I don't belive there is ANYWHERE you can legally buy a fire arm "untracked",there are certain papers that need to be filed to purchase a gun, instant check just does thejob electronically

second I agree with your reasoning for the fully automatic ban, but I think that it will lead to an if then seris of events eventually leading to a full "beyond brady ban" so in effect I think it is the gate way to a slippery slope, yes

and my whole point, has been that Im not anti right or left like most Americans I fall in the middle somewhere but the fact remains,

everyones being a perfectionist shizz happens if you were president after 9/11 and you saw a country that might have been a threat wouldn't you have sent in troops to eleminate the threat of a terrorist attack done say there wasnt a threat cause there was Saddam had labs ready to make WMDs and he had some before we went in.

I knew this topic was going to get some wheels turning and get very political, but you guys are getting too general. I was interested in seeing what some of you had to say about actual parts in the movie. Like the part about Bush getting financial backing from the Bin Laden family via his friend Bath, the part about the Saudi embassy and the fact that Saudi's own 7% of the USA, the footage from Iraq the morning before we started bombing. It was crazy to see the footage that he had for this film.
