who would be so pretentious to overlook the fact that the content for the sub is growing in the best way possible? the fact you you might not like the board, style, rider, or premise is one thing, but taking the stance that one group is stealing from the other instead of the two working together for the common good of the future of wakeskating is sad. i hope every crew gets a day on the sub. can you imagine how sick it would be if every team (even the big companys) got on board to make every day on the sub full of new content? not only would it create the most epic data base of shredding on the WWW but it would grow our sport into the freestanding independent passtime that we all know it can be(AWAY FROM WAKBOARDING), AND it would even help push the different riders and teams to the limit. breaking ground(water) on new spots, tricks, and what is possible for wakeskating as a whole. i hope whoever posted that lands their next shuv one foot on and one foot off.
just thought i would throw that out there

It might be me but I have noticed a lack of original content on Blast lately.
Maybe because of the TX fires?

Lollar Not because of the TX fires, although 3/4's of my parents property was burned to the ground...
I was waiting for this to come up somewhere at some point and was hoping to make a formal post on Blast before everyone began to wonder what was going on, but oh well. I will still make that formal post on Blast this week or the beginning of next. In a rather lengthy nutshell, here's what's going on...With the majority of content (regarding any business, sport, etc.) now being displayed online in the form of entries/posts, there is no real reason to sit on this stuff, letting it get "stale" as we have all heard before. While a wakeskate magazine is something we can enjoy in terms of generating original content separate from wakeboarding, the time it takes to design and edit multiple pages of photo journalism is quite the rigorous task (with an enormous staff of 2), hence doing the original content a disservice by not getting it out immediately. There is no reason to hold anything back to be in a flip book format regarding wakeskating since it's still such a small market from the general public's standpoint. What I am stoked about is that most of the wakeskate community has been able to come together and support each others initiatives in pushing the sport to the masses over the past few years. This was (and always has been) the original goal for Blast and I feel that it has been successful on that front. If your unhappy about what you see or read regarding wakeskating, then get out there and DO IT YOURSELF, it's that simple.
With that being said, I encourage everyone on here to go to the Blast site and watch all of the archived videos at the top of the page. There's a lot of older footage there that's awesome to watch and reminisce on some damn good times.
Issue 2.1's content will trickle out over the next few weeks 
Thanks again for everyone's support over the past few years, I couldn't be happier right now with the state of wakeskating. These are exciting times. Cheers
