videos load real slow for me...

Is there a setting or something that I need to change on my computer?? Videos on Vimeo take up to 15 minutes sometimes to load. I have a mac and Comcast internet. I'm trying to watch Stu Shinn vid now and its been five minutes and its not even half way loaded.

Any tips?

I have a crappy old mac and it works good most of the time as long as its not on HD

See what your DL speeds are...should help out.
