| Is anyone going to surf expo. it looks like its gonna be cool, but i dont get it. Is it free or do you have to buy a ticket? |

Neither. I'm pretty sure you can only get in threw a company. In other words, you have to know people and have pretty good connections to get a pass

they are pretty relaxed if you have a pass whether it has your name on it or not, but don't just show up hoping to get inside. the expo is for companies to sell product to shops. if you can go it is really alot of fun. i mean if you work for a store that sells sunglasses your manager can probably register you and you don't have to actually do any business while you're there.

my mom sells furniture and she gets me tickets. You just have to have a retail number and you're a "buyer". I wish I knew it was that easy when I was younger. I thought you had to be special to get in 
You don't have to be "industry"
