These shoes remind me of a pair of Vans I use for skateboarding (I love Vans for wakeboarding). So I was just wondering if the Nike 6.0 Braata Wake Edition are built well and can withstand a bit of a beating in the water.

haha i understand im new and still ask alot to
i just thought it was funny you said wake edition shoe and asked if they were good in water.
but anyways ive only ridden mine in the water a few times because i love it so much and my waters so nasty..but definately the lightest comfiest shoe ever and it definately holds its own with durability despite being so this and light

Braatas are a sick shoe. I wear them wakeskating every time I go and they feel really good on your foot and they are really light and comfortable. The perfect wakeskate shoe, and they recently came out with a wake edition pair which should drain more water.

I've got Zoom Cush wake's, which are pretty good, but I was looking getting another pair to mix it up a bit.
Don't know whether to get some Braatas, which are a little lighter and a bit lower cut
or
Mavrk Mids, for a little more ankle protection....
Any advise ??? anyone ride in Mid or high tops ???

are the black pair with green bottoms the wake edition?
they looked a bit different material-wise but nike online didnt specify. the shop just has like 3 different listings of braatas but no difference in the descriptions
