I saw this a while ago, that kid needs to tone it down hes taking South Park a bit to seriously. Although it is all really funny, on a different note it is such a double standard in our society. We laugh at red haired people and make fun of them ect and have even adopted a slang term for them: "Gingers". We are all laughing at this, but if this was about a Black kid, or Hispanic kid, or even a certain religion it would be deemed as racism or prejudice. Its so stupid how something like the "n" word can be taken so seriously by some people yet the term "ginger" is shrugged off because its "funny" when it may hurt someone terrible, such as this kid. Why are some words or derogatory cogitations taken so seriously and blown out of proportion and others taken so lightly? The "n" word wasn't even originally used for black slaves, it was for Irish slaves! I hear beaner or spic often and not many hispanics enjoy the word but its just a simple word yet they dont go around calling each other it lol. Jews don't take offense to being called a Jew, because thats what they are... Jewish. Im just ranting now, ive been taking a lot of sociology courses lately and its really making me thing of all the double standards in our society and culture. Most of which are really stupid and some times unexplainable. Just say'n.

It's like when you're 8 years old and someone calls you a poop-head. You get mad so they keep doing it. But once you realize to shrug off the poop-head name calling, they stop because it doesn't get a reaction anymore.

I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to try and tell people that ginger hurts his feelings and its a derogatory word and everyone just goes "haha whatever ginger balls." When people say they don't like being called the n word people listen and stfu. Once this kid kills himself or someone else I think everyone will notice.
On a side note, South Park really has no boundaries when it comes to making fun of people. lol _________________ My life's a constant work in progress and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Everytime I hear "the n word" I cringe. If you have to use the word nigger then use it, if it's not appropriate then don't say it at all rather then try to be politically correct and get away with it. IMO, making somebody think of a word is just as bad as saying it

haha back in middle school we used to call one of our friends fire crotch. she would freak out. i still do, but thats just because she's like my sister and i can get away with it haha. and that mom is hot in a weird way
I was simply saying it because i know, and have friends on this website whom may be black and i did not want to offend, because people are extremely offendable especially on a topic such as this one, just as GnarShredd explained.
