Anyone have theirs? I took the class about 3 months ago and am just waitin till my 21st and ill have it The class I took was prob one of the best in the country, the guy that taught it was in the army for twenty years and spent another twenty on the police force doing undercover and all sorts of stuff, anyways some of the stories he had made you catch your mouth as it fell to the floor But all round the most valuable class in life Ive ever taken.
oh and ill be carrying either a glock 26 or 27, or I may very well keep my xd40....decisions decisions

you probably learned in the class not to tell people you carry. i took it when i lived there. it was so LONG. don't get a glock. keep your .40 best gun around. 9mm are for punks

just like a colt. they sold the machinery to make the parts when the company dissolved. so most of the 1911 models out there are the same.

they are the same design, but the frames have different materials, and certain features depending on how it is to be used. nothing better than a single action .45 chambered and cocked, safety on.

I wish I could get one, but I live in a county that is impossible to get a permit through, within a state that doesn't exactly help the issue

hahahaha glad to see some fellow enthusiasts, but yes Mojo the best weapon you have is the one of suprise, the typical dumbass criminal doesnt think you'll be packin, especially a 20year old. Right now i carry mine in my truck and boat and obviously around the house, florida law states i can have it in my private conveyance (vehicle), the only stipulation being that its not readily accesible, hence mine in in a snapped holster.
But im not afan of 9's. alot of people say 40sw is hard to shoot blah blah but my xd is a breeze. If i did get the glock 27 for carry, its the perf size for carrying and its still a 40, the glock 26 "baby glock" is the 9mm.
ShutItDown my buddy had to send his 226 back to the factory because it kept jamming, but it was a 2week turn around time and didnt cost him a thing. Nice guns though

i don't care what kinda person you are, when shizzle hits the fan, and it will, guns, well taken care of guns, and ammo combined with a skilled shooter will prolong your life. hydra shocks ftw. for all those out there that aren't familiar with guns, if you end up getting one, your first should be a revolver. and i don't care what your reasoning is, don't point a gun, loaded or not, at anyone unless you plan on pulling the trigger.
