Question about stripping and sealing a board

I'm wondering what is the best way to strip down a skate and then reseal it. Should I sand it? What is the best stuff to use to reseal a board?

I'm stripping down the bottom of the skate and was going to reseal it, I'm not painting it again.

Any advice would be awesome, I've never done this before Cool
