| I have read the instructions on how to re shap your rails on your integrity wakeskate on their website, but I still havent figured it out. I guess I'm too stupid. Does anyone have any help on re shaping the rails on my integ. Help would be very appriciated. |

Take a chisel and write your name in the bottom of the deck..
Just joking. I'm basing this little instructional off of how I lightly rounded the edges of granite if I didn't have access to a power polisher. So this might be pretty different, because Integritys aren't made of granite... I'm thinking of rounding my edges in the middle waist area like Erich.
I'd get a couple grits of sand paper... one under 100 grits, another around 200, and a pretty fine one, like 300 or 400... this is if you want them pretty smooth, you could easily get away with just 100 grit. But anyway you're also going to want a hand sanding pad that those can fit on. At the very corner, you're going to want to take the sandpaper and rub pretty firmly back and forth (tip to tail). This will take a few minutes. Just keep at it. Change angles to create a sort of rough rounding. Once it doesn't have that sharpness (don't go overboard and round them super gnarly, think of it as just knocking the corners down a little bit). Then if you got those higher grits, take the next one up and smooth out the "kinks" in the rounding, up and down, back and forth. Then, if you think it feels pretty good, take your highest grit paper and wet it down. Or wet down the skate, whatever. The water helps make it even smoother at this point. Just smooth what you were grinding on and buff any rough spots. That should be good.
Remember not to go overboard, you are just lightly rounding the corners out, and the only paper that's going to do a whole lot is the first one. Good luck! _________________
