cork that beach up like t horrell. for me i have to get my momentum going into the trick even before i pop it, then you don't have to make the rope do all the work. Just watch snowboard frontside 3's especially in backcountry droppys.
kinda like on a tre flip (skateboard, would know about wakeskate) you get lots of momentum going into the board before you pop it ... same idea on spins on the wakeskate i think.
and try them on the skateboard
trick tippies at work! hope this helps |

huck it around as hard as you can with the handle, then make sure you slide out the last 180 around and call it a 360. |

break it into 2 tricks, a 180 on the way up and one on the way back down, for timing it. it also helps to pass the handle close around your waist in one smooth continuous motion. _________________ HOTDOGS! |

yea ive never seen bromfutter do every 360 variation in one line or anything
i hate front 3s, i can't spin frontside on a wakeskate to save my life, i can do them on carpet or tramp no problem, but once i get to the water i cant even get close haha _________________ Team Dream Sleds

I have only landed a couple of them and sometimes they are kinda scetchy should I not flatten off so i can keep my momentum going to spin it faster. |

The thing that really helped me with this trick to get it consistent and dialed is to look down at your back foot the whole time.
I start with my body centered over the board and stance wide with my weight a little back with my head down looking at my back foot.
I pop the front side 180 to start the rotation and get the board up in the air, while rotatiing im still focused on what was that back foot which would now be the front foot. once it gets to that point I bend my at waist and get low with my upper body and start to pull the handle in to wrap it up.
Once im bent down and wrapping the handle like a backside 180 im starting to complete the rotation, all the while im still focused on what was originally that back foot has almost came around and is that back foot again. I Stay bent down with my upper body until I pass the handle and the rotation is complete.
When I initiate this trick i almost think of it like im popping the front 1 and then whipping it into a wrapped back 1
If you fall forward on your back trying this trick your probably not leaning on the rope enough when you start to wrap it up, atleast that was my problem with them for awhile.
Thats how I learned them, it helped me to alot watching the Nick Taylor Seadoo- Wake front 3 trick tip video on you tube over and over, hope this helps peeps. |
