Ice chest radio

Need music where you don't have a power outlet sometimes? This ice chest radio sounds VERY good since the speakers are in an enclosure. It uses a motorcycle battery so it's not that heavy. It's very sturdy and charges in about 30-45 minutes. It will last for about 4-5 hours of continuous play. Even longer if you use an ipod(since it won't need power to spin the CD) with the front ipod input jack. The speakers are 6 1/2s and get VERY loud. Ideal for camping, tailgating, canoe trips, etc.

Everything is built brand new. The CD deck and speakers have a warranty through the manufacturer. I have all the boxes/receipts/paperwork.

I took one on a canoe trip a few weeks ago and it was a HUGE hit. The ladies were digging it for sure. Taken it to parties that didn't have a good music supply. I'll have one with me at the beach next week to listen to tunes and jam on while skim boarding, etc.

I'll sell it for $200.

burn0n3@420, i'm going to make one soon(for my personal use) that will have an 8" sub in the bottom and 2 6x9s with the other half sealed off as an ice chest.

New rap trend, I'm calling it here: Everyone will drop SUV's with ridiculous rims/sound systems for the ice chest train. You can probably fit like 40 hoes on that, keep your drank on, AND listen to some dope beatz all at the same time.

Cary K., i remember that. i've seen them at various tailgate parties. by no means am i saying i created this. just selling something that someone might be interested in. had 4 or 5 people try to buy one off of me on the canoe trip.

they're not hard to make. always a conversation starter.

he also didn't need the amp. of course it might be a little louder but that deck will push those 6x9s easily and less power to run just a deck instead of that and an amp.
