Not to take anything away from Jim DeChamp, but he wasn't on a full sized 250, which technically means he wasn't the first to land the front flip fully legit.

Then again, Kyle Loza might just pull some new body/bike varial or something and steal the show.

Wicked Sick! Charles Pages execution is much more cleaner than Jim.

I'm pretty sure Jim landed it first (on nitro circus) but it wasn't a full sized bike. Jim's was straighter, but Charles went an additional 20-30 feet and he was on a full sized bike (250).

I still think they need a huge quarter pie in the best trick competition so we can see another flare...

One thing that makes Dechamps front flip more impressive to me is that he is primarily a Mountain Bike rider and not an FMX guy.

Soulprogression, yeah Fred Johansson is nuts. It's too bad they don't have a quarter-pipe in best trick & that he's not invited.

wakeboarderdave, he's a mountain bike rider who has perfected a front flip on his mtb. He practically lives with Pastrana, and does them all day long if he wants, on a 125. By no means am I trying to take anything from his incredible feat, but Pastrana will teach you and get you to flip a dirtbike your first time on a bike. What would be crazy is if he was a surfer or something completely unrelated. It sucks though, I don't see his name on the list of invited athletes either. Would have been cool to see 2 guys go for the front flip.

Anyone seen Mirra do the no handed 360 backflip? Pastrana is going to kill himself if he crashes. That trick is insane.

umm calling that flair a 540 flip is a stretch. I only counted a 180 deg rotation.

wakeskate242, what do you mean a full size bike? a 125 is a full size bike cept a 250 has moe power. jus like a ktm 300 same size more power
