ride5, Sorry about the madd questions, but did you use aluminum? I'm curious cuz I have a bunch of aluminum and not sure if it's the right temper and wall thickness for bending.

wakeboarderx03x, no its thin wall steel. the frame weight is less than 35lbs.
daniel, It depends. each frame custom built for your specs. I pre assemble the frame with all parts, than disassemble for paint, so if you just bought a frame, it would be ready to put together(no drilling). when I start building these for customers there will be unlimited options. you just tell what you want and I build it for you. frames start around $500 complete winches for about $2000
