is the hyperlite cata 2.0 any good? I have read a few reviews but wanted some true wakeskater opinions of it.
I found a new one for 140 and was wondering if it was worth it, this will be my only board and im pretty new to wakeskating. |

| great board to learn on dude, my first skate was an 07 byerly (same shape as a cata2.0) and it will treat you well if you dont wanna drop $400 on a decent deck |

If you want to try one for cheap, I have an 2005 byerly with grip tape and both shank fins. It is also the same shape as the Cat 2.0.
60 shipped. Although i understand wanting a new one.
And like any board, you will get used to it after a set or two. I have been using this for 3 years now, it has great structural integrity, good edges, solid wake to wake, and a bit wider than most wood skates i think. |

the 2.0 is a fine work of art. it has lead weights in the core to help it spin and flip. do it up bro _________________ "POP IT, FLICK IT, CATCH IT, STICK IT" |

hyperlite is stupid for discontinuing it. It was easily their beat, and most liked board imo. _________________ http://www.bigotebros.com/ |

| I think it's too long, and has too much buoyancy in the water. That's just me. |
