Lodi Winching (please look)

Does anybody know Lodi Winching? I paid him $565 via paypal for the winch he was selling on November 17th. He never shipped it out because he said he needed to pay rent and he would have the money soon. I put a paypal dispute on him, but then he was getting a refund from Integrity for a board of his that never came so he asked me to drop the dispute so the money could be put in his account, and then he would send me the winch.

Didn't know how naive I was as I dropped it and now can't put a new one on him as it's been a month and a half since I paid him. My last contact with him was on Dec. 24th where he said the winch was packed up in his garage ready to get sent out, he hasn't sent me anything since so I don't know if he is bullshitting me or if it's somewhere out there on it's way.

Does anybody know him and could hook me up with his number or some other way to reach him? I pulled out my scooby doo flashlight and this is what I found out about him.
