god does not exist and the only good and evil is within ourselves. religion is like a drug use. it's a crutch you need to get by it's used for excuses as well. for instance, "i'd like to thank god because i am a good wakeskater and went pro." in that case, can i tell god to eat my di#$ since im not a pro?" if i did believe in god i'd thank it for allowing me the experiences that led me to wakeskating. but i'll just thank the bradley's for letting me basically grow up at their river house, ryan's uncle glenn for buying him a wakeboard for his bar mitzvah, and my parents for tossing me cash to support my number one passion in life since i discovered water sports. excorcism of emily rose is a great movie to make you examine the idea of god. that isnt actually the girl's real name. i saw pictures of the real girl and oh my god its f'd up and it made me think.however, science over fairly tales and molestation of little boys sounds better to me. all that being said, i admit that i could be 100% wrong about everything i believe, but there's more evidence to support my pov. also, wouldnt the oldest religion of time be the correct one? maybe we should worship rah, the sun god. w/o the sun there would be nothing

ya i agree believe how you want. i would never tell someone you are wrong absolutely and a fool for their religious beliefs. but people get so whiney when someone mentions something against religion. there aren't billboards everywhere saying atheism is the way and other's that say go to church or satan will get you. close to 20% of priests fondle little children. it may sound hard to believe but there are so many priests. also, i must state that scientists or whomever can do the same horrific things, but they don't "serve" god. whenever i get into a religious argument when i'm done i always state that i accept i could be the one with the wrong idea. but doesn't it seem fake? jesus walks on water and comes back from the dead, jews had 8 days oil w/ only enough to last for 1, john smith the fake-brigham young the murder and child killer, dumb muslim extremists. it just separates humans. just like how we shouldn't see others as different bc of skin color. religion breed's war. this is my opinion and i mean no offense even though it seems hostile.

deltarider, refute that someone saw jesus after he was dead on a cross?

um i wouldn't classify someone saying they saw someone factual. I could of swore I saw my stepmother that passed away last year walking in front of me but it was only a trick. My mind wanted it to be.

and the idea of people who never met jesus mentioned that they saw him well its really easy to write a book the way you want.

the christian church more so the catholic church is one of the greatest powers in the world and one of the biggest cash hogs.
