you honestly could rock a 15 and ride it! i had a 14 skiff with abunch of fishing shizzle on it so it weighed alot and i only had a 25 and it would pull me until i started weighing over 140

if its aluminum you dont need as much(around 25hp)

if its fiberglass......you need a lot prob around 40-50
i have a 15ft center console and i have a 50hp yamaha
