School!!? Nooooo!!!!

I don't know about you guys but then end of august is the worst! Yes it is good wakeskate weather but, school starts! The reason I am writing is because people I talk to say I over-react when the subject of school is brought up. School means sitting in a classroom all day and acting like you are listening, working, and what not. The only good part is goofing around with friends. Then before you know it, as you are rotting in the classroom the most dreadful climate change is in progress. Hot 2 Cold.
I am falling in a deep deppression and I'm grasping the last bit of happiness that is left in this greatest of all seasons which is comming to its end. Is there anyone that feels the same or am I over-reacting?

i feel the exact same way. But the transition from hot 2 cold isnt as bad because i snowboard. But I hate school. I wish summer was longer.

Yeah I snowboard too, I am from Texas and have to drive up to Colorado so I only board 1 week a year.... Brekenridge is kick ass!

shizzle....compared to me...your UNDER reacting, school has been absolute hell for me. ive gotten fed up with the political bullsh!t that is the school where i live and just sort of said F IT. over the course of my junior year, i went from a 4.0 GPA to a 1.2 and dropped from the 8th highest in the class (out of almost 400 kids) to a 60 or 70. I HATE IT.

i think that the work part of school sucks but you also get to get hooked up with tons of people so that makes it fun. and i also snowboard so it isnt so bad, especially cuz i live in salt lake city utah so i can go, if i wanted to, after school on a weekday.

Guys, I'm sure school sucks, but trust me when I tell you to enjoy every minute of it and make the most out of it. Get involved, get some school spirit, play sports, join student council, join the art club, etc. All of these things will help you later in life, although it may not seem like it now.

Summer time coming to an end can be depressing, but it will be ok. One thing that makes summer time so exciting is that it only comes around once a year.

If only I could go back to high school knowing what I know now..........

those are some awsome words of advice, do you think you could come and share them with my whole school in an assembly or something. no but seriously i think that is awsome that someone like you who owns a website about wakeskating would think it important to do stuff in school. Right On
