Having some Tav 2 problems. It will no longer fully engage when its pulling us,it like engages sometimes then like stops and goes again. Could it maybe be stuck from dirt or something?

have you tried taking it apart and inspecting it ?

yea, try taking it off and putting it back on. Sometimes thats all that takes.

When you take it apart, there are spring settings...you need to adjust the spring placement.

I had that same thing happen at one point. Just took it apart and put it back together and shabam.
