i just got my new syn 6 amp for my 3some on the tower. 600w rms 4ohm on the center, and 200w rms 4ohm on EACH outside speaker. sounds great, looks beautiful. very flexible setup options on all their amps. can use for pretty much any speaker set up.

Yep...they're loud. I believe they're made the same way that concert speakers are made.
