Hey im thinking of making a winch, a cheap one that works. i can make the frame and have some steel square piping that will work, and i wanna see some cheap winches with price breakdown. what do you guys think the cheapest i could possible make a functional winch for? thx

find a free motor and pocket all of the bolts and stuff that u need from ace. That should cut the cost down.

what I did is ask everyone I knew of they had a go cart they didnt want anymore and someone finally gave me a motor.

Just remember also, stolen stuff is always free...
