my dang bolt for tav2 motor shaft too small

well once again,.......im in brazil and brought my stuff down for my winch. bought motor here. my tav2 bolt that holds on the front pully assembly is too small. takes a act of congress to get stuff like this. so when i do find the right bolt to fit the shaft, im going to have to drill out the opening of that spacer piece on the end that holds it all together. i ordered my tav for 1 inch shaft. everything went on pretty smoothly minus the bolt problem. anyone else have this problem?? thanks guys for all your help so far. this dang bolt is my only hold up.
