Alliance Wake Question

So i ordered Alliance and it said that they were sending me the September issue. My subscription is for 9 issues. I was wondering how that worked. Like is there an issue every month for the next 9 months or does the mag only run during certain months of the year.

they skip a few months in winter

it goes something like jan/feb, march, april, may, june, july, august, sept/oct, nov/dec.
