definately not any expert but ive got experience in the other board sports, just looks to me like your not landin over your toes. From wakeboarding experience (really different i know) you just might get more tension on the rope and use it to lean forwards to land over your toes.
Just throwin that out there, hope i dont get flamed for this cause theres a very high chance i dont know what im talking about. _________________ "Wakeskating is...not fun. Its about getting in the water, landin your effin tricks and gettin out."

Gnarly Dancer 42, i mean you got em honestly doesnt look like your even working on em you pop em and catch em perfect but you try to ride away on flat or on your heels
you should try just keep the handle wraped im starting to like how this looks and a person i ride with does em like that they look tighter i think |

Gnarly Dancer 42, ya keep it wrapped. practice b180s in the flats and stomping them wraped and just ride there for like 5secs then do a switch front 180 out it looks hot |

Gnarly Dancer 42, less cut, and land a little on your toes more.
pop is good, but
try moving your front foot a little further back on the board.
make sure you get a good handle pass that is in close to your LOWER back
and the landing..... turn your head FORWARD in the direction you are going.
hope i helped _________________

Ive never really seen any one fall out that direction... usually they slip out the back... you fall like out to the side.
The thing that helped me learn um switch when i kept falling out the back was to throw it then once i saw the board start to come around i would lift my head up and it would keep me centered over the board. Looks like your dropping your head when your throwing it watching the board coming around and its throwing you of axis/balance a bit.....
then when i learnt um regular (after i learnt um switch haha like a year later finally got um consistent reg.) .... i kept slipping out the back and i would throw it then have to tell my self to drop my back shoulder (wich was my front shoulder when i landed) as i was spinning backside to keep my self from slipping out.
But you pretty much have um.... you have the throw consistant... so i would just throw it then really tell your self after you throw it too get over your toes and just really concentrate more on sticking it rather than initiating the trick.
Good luck man... your super close! and there sick!!!
and is that a cassete bilevel? Cause you get mad props if it is... minus oaks... that is one of my favorite boards of all time!!!! |
