Those things are bulletproof. I have worn mine as everyday shoes for about a year and they are just getting dirty. By far the best underrated shoe out there.
just my opinion. |

I'll be getting a pair of the mondrians and I'm psyched. I've always loved his artwork, so it's cool that kyle drew some inspiration from some high art.
I think UGPs are probably the most comfortable wakeskate shoe. I think what really helps is the padding on the inside--the shoe just hugs your foot and doesn't have any pressure points. I dont' really know how to describe the sizing...I think they're normal, and I think 6.0s run a bit big (at least for my feet). _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

bigtwake, they DO hug your feet! That may sound funny but they've just got more padding, or substance, or however you want to describe it. The tongue is thick but not bulky, and there's also material along the sides of the shoe and the heel, so once you slip your foot in, the material is soft and doesn't create any pressure, but rests snugly against your feet. And in spite of the materials, they don't hold water and they dry quickly. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

so i just rode my 2.0's for the first time today. i'd been wearing them a ltitle to break them in though. they were very comfortable, but were not very tacky on the grip. i also felt that they held water around your foot unlike the byerly's. i'm going to keep wearing them and see if they just need a little more breaking in bc they feel good and i dont think you really need laces either. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be.
