So I am getting ready to go skate, its the first time since I quit about 10 years ago. Now I am 26 and going to start all over again, I hope I don't make to much of a fool of myself. Anyone else get a late start?

mergeleft3, I didn't get a late start but I'm older than a lot of the kids at the park and I still play skate with the groms. So Fun and I get worked everytime. Never too old to push wood.

21 and been skating on and off since i was about 10 years old. have had breaks that have lasted for years, more pumped than ever again now though. Very Happy

Well so here is the update, Last night was a blast! I really suck, can hardly ollie and all I could do was ride around, but it was still alot of fun just being on a board again. I hope to stick with it.

I'm 26 and last night i landed my first 4 stair gap since I had knee surgery Smile

damn it feels good to skate again. also got a couple of 3flips, big ollies, and front boards on flat bar rails back. Its like learning all over again but im just glad I can skate without too much pain.

i just restarted too, so much fun <3 but i racked my self a few times last night on a stair and a ledge lol. so worth it <3

uh.. yeah, i'm 36 and i bought a skateboard a few years ago.. have not had one since i was a kid.. i went in to buy it and the guy asked me if i was buying it for my son Laughing

I started snowboard at 20. Skate at 21. Surf at 22. Wakeskate at 26.

I'm not a beast or anything, but at 30, I'm still kicking.

Never too old to learn, though. Just found out this weekend I've been "pushing mongo" my whole life. Embarassed

I guess that's what I get for not having more friends who skate.
